When will we learn?

A heartbreaking reminder that the cruelty experienced by all humanity did not begin with the most recent global travesty.  Apparently, since we do NOT learn our lessons well enough to do all that is necessary to live in peace with one another, the horrifying and unconscionable nightmare of war is repeated -- again and again and again.  ENOUGH.
